NIKE VOEGT DE AIR MAX 90 FIRST USE “SIGNAL BLUE” TOE AAN DE FIRST USE LINE-UP

Nike will soon be adding a new Air Max 90 to the line-up of their upcoming “Fire Use” collection, honoring the origins of the Swoosh. The pair in question is this Nike Air Max 90 First Use “Signal Blue” and is dressed in a Signal Blue, White and Game Royal colorway. This version of the Nike Air Max 90 features a nylon upper with suede and plastic overlays in a variety of shades of blue. Additional details include white leather Swooshes, nylon tongues, white laces and a special tongue logo. All this rests on top of a white / blue midsole and a black / blue rubber outsole. As an extra eye catcher, Nike has added a golden Nike hanger, which, as can be seen in the photo, can be easily attached to the laces for an extra premium look.

The text “First Look” and the date “June 18, 1971” is printed on the ankle as a nod to the exact date the Swoosh was made.

THE FIRST USE COLLECTION IS A Tribute TO THE PAST
If there’s one company good at storytelling, it’s Nike – and their most recent story is all about the roots of the Swoosh and the story that goes with it. Also called the First Use Pack because of the text “First Look” on the upper, this collection pays homage to the modern Nike logo and the first sketches made by Carolyn Davidson, the graphic design student who became most of the paid in Nike stock. In addition to this Air Max 90, Nike will soon also provide other models with a First Use design.
