Description
This offering of the Nike Air Max 90 features a White mesh upper with Grey and Black overlays. Insole graphics represent the meanings from the original 1978 flag. The classic Air Max 90 midsole houses a visible Air unit, with a rubber waffle outsole rounding out the look. Released in June 2019, the Nike Air Max 90 “Be True” recognizes the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising and pays homage to Gilbert Baker, an LGBTQIA+ rights activist and designer of the rainbow flag. This special edition arrives in mesh and leather, with the eight-color spectrum seen across the synthetic eyestays, embroidered Swooshes and other branding notes.
