Description
Though effectively of a different brand, Nike’s Air Force 1 Type still harbors elements of its heritage. While branding and paneling are transmogrified to fit the deconstructed series, the accents that play adjacent are often extremely familiar. Dressed in a Sail, Light Ivory, and Earthy Brown color scheme. This Air Force 1 features a closure system around the heel that pays homage to the OG Air Force 1 hightop and overlays atop a Gum rubber outsole. Looking closer this Air Force 1 comes with a strap that wraps the heel which is a tribute to the OG Air Force 1 High. Elsewhere, smooth leathers and quilted tongues are treated to an achromatic Sail shading while the smaller accents atop — such as the technical taping, N.354 branding, and small logo placements — brandish with a much bolder burgundy tone. On the medial side is a transparent panel with a bit of Blue while a Gum rubber outsole completes the look.
