For this playful pair of popcorn kicks, we find a beautiful buttery leather upper in both shade and texture. White Swooshes, midsoles, laces, and linings add slight contrast adjacent to dark reds hits both at the tongue as well as the heel tab. Special tongue tags take on a retro movie theatre approach, donning a striped finish that replicates old school popcorn boxes. Completing the design is a special lateral ankle imprint reading “fresh since ’82” in a melted butter hue, an awesomely cool golden popcorn hangtag, and special-edition packaging to boot.
