Fans of the line’s older models will be pleased to know Durant’s 14th shoe includes the return of a midfoot support strap, a feature that hasn’t been seen since 2014’s KD 7. That strap also appears to take notice from the Air Presto with an almost identical cage. KD branding is added to the tongue while a futuristic midsole and outsole shine on the bottoms. This debut colorway also goes exotic with a leopard print covering the entire upper. “KD” branding, then, finishes at the tongue, the counter ripples in thicker, ballistic mesh, and accents of blue and gold mark the tooling.
