The latest Air Max 2090 features a transparent upper combined with geometric patterns, imitating the shape of Beijing Water Cube. Firstly, the pair comes with geometric patterns in shades of Blue with a coating covering the upper. The two elements make what resembles the shape of the Beijing Water Cube. Wave-reminiscent motifs appears all over the mesh base, which is overlaid with semi-transparent synthetics. Branding on the tongue, exposed stitching along the midfoot and detailing on the heel pull tab boast a contrasting faint neon green hue. Remaining accents – rear logos, lining, Air Max units – indulge in shades of off-white, which pair well with the blue option.
