Description
Launching as part of an exploratory footwear collection inspired by life on Mars, the Nike Space Hippie 03 “This Is Trash” features FlyEase technology for easy entry and FastFit tightening for a secure fit. The upper features a woven sock-like Vast Grey base with an adjustable bold orange midfoot strap that is held together by a plastic clip on the mid-panel. Speckled detailing dots the heel clip that assists in the lacing structure that supports the upper. Crimson orange nylon accenting appears on the heel and a woven lace shroud replaces a traditional lacing system. The FoamX midsole features a speckled pattern and “space junk,” otherwise known as leftover materials from Nike’s cutting room floor, adorn the outsole.
