A beloved icon, the Nike Air Max 97 G celebrates the original design that was the first of its kind to feature a hidden lacing system and full length Air Max bubble. These Nike golf shoes feature a spikeless outsole that is inspired by Nike Articulated Integrated Traction, with an outsole that flexes with your foot to promote a smooth, heel-to-toe transition. The sneaker’s signature wavy overlays complement a multi-color corduroy upper, the fabric’s grooved lines representing the ups and downs attendant with a typical round of 18 holes. A fringed kiltie provides an old school touch, its interior side featuring a message of “Good Luck.” From the bottom, the upper leads with dark tan shade and a performance-upgraded gum sole. Brighter hits of orange and green then dress just above, crossing from the toe to the heel in parallel to both the aforementioned as well as the white wale cord that outfits the majority of the shoe. The suede kiltie, heel pull, lining, and midsole then follow suit, while the branding — aside from the giant golf ball within — turns its swooshes a loud warm tone. Also worth noting that the kiltie is entirely removable. Underfoot, a gum rubber outsole utilizes an integrated traction pattern for superior grip.
